Amul Artificial Insemination (AI) App is an application developed to digitalize Breeding services that earlier operated manually. The AI application automates the complete Breeding process between different stakeholders, including Dairy Admin, Dairy Farmers, Artificial Insemination (AI) Workers, Artificial Insemination (AI) Supervisors, and Material Suppliers.There is an involvement of four sub-apps in this process: Farmer App, Artificial Insemination (AI) Worker App, Artificial Insemination (AI) Supervisor App, and Material Supplier App. The Dairy Admin manages all the stakeholder activities through Dairy Admin Web Portal. The supervisor manages diverse AI workers through the Artificial Insemination (AI) Supervisor app. The material supplier is connected with the material store and handles its material or stock supply work through its material supplier app. The Artificial Insemination (AI) worker gets material supply details by communicating with the material supplier through their respective apps. Amul Artificial Insemination App - How It WorksStep 1: The dairy farmer raises a service request to the call center through his farmer app.Step 2: The call center communicates with the dairy admin and allocates a ticket to the AI worker. All this information gets updated on the dairy admin portal.Step 3: The AI worker receives the ticket on the AI Worker App. This information also gets updated right on the supervisor app to inform the supervisor and enable related actions. Step 4: AI worker checks the Semen Stock and visits the farmers to provide the breeding services. Step 5: The AI worker visits the farmer and gets all the information about the animals automatically through BovTag Reader on his mobile app. He provides the breeding services, which get updated and communicated to all the apps of the stakeholders and the dairy admin web portal.Product HighlightsFertility Improvement Program Camp: These camps are arranged for providing medicines to animals in villages. The doctor or AI worker enters the information of farmers and their animals for treatment. The creation of camps and camp entries are subject to assigned roles and responsibilities allotted by the concerned stakeholders. BovTag Reader: This reader is used to get all the insights about the animals and concerned farmers automatedly on the stakeholder mobile apps. Call Entry: The call entries done by the call center include society code, society name, farmer code, farmer name, agent code, tag number, contact details of the farmers, animal details, AI worker name, AI worker appointment booking date & time, farmer history, call history of farmer code and entry of involved remarks.Ear Tag Search Functionality: You can search and identify active Artificial Insemination details, PD Due details, Calving details and get concerned farmer details, farmer code, society details, call date, all the related contact details, tag number, PD Due date, total artificial inseminations, and last artificial insemination date & time details.Tag Number: With the help of a tag number, real-time data entry can be executed, updated and errors can be minimized by the involved stakeholders.
